How the alerts work

Same listings as our dashboard. NIH and other Grants.gov notices, NSF topic areas, Department of War topics and ARPA-H, refreshed every night from the agencies' own sites.
Keyword matching, not AI. A listing ranks higher when your terms appear in its title, then its keywords, then its description. If you tick NIH, you also get the NIH parent SBIR and STTR announcements, which accept any topic.
Only new listings. Each email lists up to five matches we have not sent you before, with a link to see every match on the dashboard. In a week with nothing new, you get no email.
Confirm first. After you sign up, you get an email asking you to confirm your address. Alerts start the Monday after you confirm.
Change or stop any time. Every alert has links to change your keywords and agencies or to unsubscribe.

A match is not an eligibility decision. Check the official solicitation before you apply, or book a free consultation and we will go through it with you.
