All prices quoted are for the complete Project Pitch or Phase I application. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.
After you complete the payment via our secure form you will receive a 30 minute consult with one of our grant experts who will determine your needs and answer any questions you might have. Once you are satisfied we will assign your project to a grant writer who has expertise in your particular topic area (e.g., Medical technology, A.I., Education, Clean Energy, etc).
On average, it takes ~3 business days to write your Project Pitch. In contrast, a Phase I application will take ~2-3 weeks given the extensive amount of research and writing required so that our grant experts can deliver the most competitive grant for your SBIR submission.
Absolutely! We understand your need to protect your Intellectual Property (IP) and Proprietary Information (PI). We are more than happy to sign an NDA prior to receiving any documentation from you that may contain IP or PI. If you do not have an NDA, then we can provide one free of charge for you to sign.
Once the grant has been delivered to you, all files relating to the project will be deleted from our server and the file space overwritten using the industry accepted seven-pass pattern: 0xF6, 0x00, 0xFF, random, 0x00, 0xFF, random. This will prevent any data from your project being retrieved and helps ensure that your project remains within your company.
The only file we keep on our servers once your project is the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to comply with the terms of the NDA (typically 1 - 5 years).
